We recently had the pleasure of experiencing the service provided by the ProTech Security Guarding Company on our construction project. As all projects are different, this project a Manor House required some ingenuity, and I can say I was impressed from the start to the finish with their professionalism and attention to detail.

The Protech team, exhibited a high level of expertise and knowledge in there field. They ensured that our site was always protected, maintaining the utmost vigilance, and implementing effective security measures.

We appreciated how patient and understanding the team was when dealing with any concerns that arose. The guards were always punctual, polite, and attentive to the needs of the resident as well as the contract staff on site, and it was very apparent that they genially cared about the safety and satisfaction of their clients.

We found that the management team was easily accusable 24/7 and responded to any queries or requests we had. They were proactive in addressing any potential security risks and worked closely with us to develop a customized security plan tailored to our specific needs.

My overall experience with Protech Security Guarding was fantastic and I would recommend them to any company wanting to utilise their services.

The Company is Efficient and reliable.

I asked Protech Security Guarding to help me with a security requirement I had when my sister’s ex-partner was moving his belongings from my sister’s flat after she passed away. Protech Security Guarding did an excellent and thorough job, staying at or near the property for the whole day and taking photographs of the condition of the flat before and after he moved his things out. It was very easy to talk to the members of staff and explain the delicate situation and Protech Security Guarding soon understood how to handle it. Everything went very smoothly and I would highly recommend Protech Security Guarding for their professionalism, reliability and willingness to provide security services for a private rather than business need.
