Protech Security Guarding Ltd, all visits to the contracted premises are computer recorded and are arranged at irregular times to avoid forming a noticeable pattern that could be exploited by criminals.
To verify the patrols have been correctly undertaken, our patrol monitoring system downloads and forwards Patrol information to our Control Centre on a regular basis. The patrol monitoring system ensures efficient, reliable and cost-effective patrols are undertaken successfully.
We train our SIA licensed guards to not only act as a visual deterrent but to also be extremely helpful in the early detection of any possible problems, for example windows left open by staff or alarm malfunctions. Any issues will be reported to our 24-hour Control Centre who assess the issue and advise the guard accordingly.
All Protech Officers are fully uniformed Mobile Patrol staff are subject to the same vetting standards, and undertake the same training, as our static security officers.
